I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I also specialize in grief counseling which allows me to support clients through the complex emotions that arise after a significant loss. I'm also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
My ultimate goal is to empower clients to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, free from the burdens of trauma and grief. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey towards emotional wellness.
